Magnetic Field Therapy

Pulsating Magnetic Field Therapy (PMT) and magnetic Biostimulation are more modern and sophisticated versions of a treatment that has a long history: the use of magnetic fields to stimulate circulation and increase oxygen partial pressure.

The therapeutic effect of magnetic Biostimulation is based on its stimulation of circulation, and the exchange of ions between the inner and outer cell wall. Both of these contribute to the overall functioning of the cell, and the whole body. The ability to have an effect at the cellular level is unique to magnetic field therapy, enabling it to reach parts of the body that other treatment methods cannot reach. Magnetic field treatments have a long history, dating back to 1530, and the MBS series is the newest and most effective form of the therapy to date. By increasing blood supply and metabolism, Magnetic Biostimulation (MBS) and Infrared Rays can be used to target a specific area, or to treat the entire body.

Low-level lasers supply energy to the body in the form of non-thermal photons of light. Light is transmitted through the skin’s layers (the dermis, epidermis and the subcutaneous tissue or tissue fat under the skin) at all wavelengths in the visible range. However, light waves in the near infrared ranges penetrate the deepest of all light waves in the visible spectrum.

When low level laser light waves penetrate deeply into the skin, they optimize the immune responses of our blood. This has both anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects. It is a scientific fact that light transmitted to the blood in this way has positive effective throughout the whole body, supplying vital oxygen and energy to every cell.

These are some indications where the Magnetic Biostimulation combined with Infrared rays have been applied with great success;

Magnetic Field Therapy
  • Fractures(especially non union)
  • Connective tissue repair
  • Delayed wound and bone healing
  • Sports injuries
  • Diabetic ulcers
  • Chronic and degenerative conditions
  • Diabetic neuropathic pain
  • Acute and chronic inflammation
  • Arthritis
